Rail Services Group is a specialised Surveying and Engineering consultancy based in Perth, Western Australia.
We have extensive experience in providing surveying, engineering and site supervision services across Rail, Civil, Mine and Mechanical projects.
Our aim is to bridge the gap between the integration of technology and processes for Surveying, Engineering and Supervision during planning and execution stages of projects. Using technology to facilitate the efficient control and delivery of engineered and survey solutions to your projects in a safe and cost-effective manner.

John has extensive experience working in the Rail, Construction and Mining Industry. John co-founded and was managing director of Rail Engineering Surveys and led many of its larger projects.
John’s primary focus within Rail Services Group is maintaining the growth of the company, ensuring policies are followed and developing the Company’s training programmes.

Jack has extensive experience working as a survey manager & technical lead in the rail and mining construction industry. Jack brings strong technical capability in leading edge surveying techniques as well as strong supervisory and project management skills developed across multiple Tier 1 projects.
Jack’s key role within Rail Services Group is the provision of technical support, and innovation within the company and ensuring we can provide standout data solutions to our clients.
Brian Mullins.
Engineering Director | BEng Engineering with Management
Brian has over 10 years’ experience working on various rail networks within Australia, ranging from passenger lines and freight to heavy haul. He is an experienced engineer with an extensive knowledge of track construction and project management.
Brian’s key role within Rail Services Group is management and development of the various project teams. He is responsible for recruiting engineers and mapping out their CPD strategy to ensure the company can consistently offer high performing teams.
